Meet our experienced and award-winning members of staff! Staff have a wealth of training and continual professional development with staff encouraged to take part in all new training opportunities.
All staff are trained in Pediatric First Aid, Food Hygiene and Safeguarding Level 1. Half are also trained to level 2 in safeguarding, managers are trained in emergency first aid at work. Staff are trained in the management of allergies and additional medical needs including Diabetes, Epilepsy and Heart Conditions.
We have additional learning needs coordinators which are also able to support children with varying needs to enable children to access fully all of the activities, facilities and learning environments at Noah’s Ark, offering one to one care when required and with approval of the local authority.
